Important & Legalese Info:
Item must be made of natural fiber (cotton, rayon, hemp, linen, silk, etc). Recommended 100% natural fibers for best color result, lower natural content will result in more pastel colors. Finished product you receive will vary in pattern and color. This listing is for the dyeing of one item. Larger items (over 1 pound) may incur additional fees.
Because each item, hereafter referred to as the "dyeable", is subjectively altered, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any alterations that have been performed by Archetypes Clothing LLC, regardless of the consumer’s level of satisfaction. Refunds and cancelations are only permitted for an "Ultra Custom Ice Dye" service order before the receipt and acceptance of the dyeable to the Archetypes studio location. When Archetypes and a customer commence a business relationship, beginning at the time of initial purchase of this service, the customer understands that there is a risk associated with altering the dyeable, including but not limited to: the dyeable is deemed unalterable, damaged, or unsatisfactory. Archetypes (at its sole discretion) will make best faith efforts to remedy any unfavorable situations and make things right.
Our expected timeline for completing alterations from start to finish is 1 to 2 weeks depending on our current volume. While we do our best to meet this expected time frame, timing is subject to change (without notice) based on a range of factors that are sometimes outside of our control. Even if there is a material delay in the time frame with respect to a client alteration, refunds and/or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance.
